WTO kêu gọi cải tổ thương mại thế giới Ngày 19-12, Tổng Giám đốc Tổ chức Thương mại thế giới (WTO) Pa-xcan La-mi đã đưa ra nhận định về hoạt động của WTO trong năm 2011.Nhận định này nêu rõ, vòng đàm phán Đô-ha vẫn bế tắc, các thành viên WTO vẫn thất bại trong nỗ lực sửa đổi quy chế của WTO để thúc đẩy thương mại toàn cầu công bằng và cởi mở hơn. Năm 2011 là thời kỳ bất ổn định và hỗn loạn trong hoạt động thương mại toàn cầu. Tăng trưởng kinh tế suy giảm ở hầu hết các nước đã làm cho thương mại toàn cầu suy giảm. Giá dầu mỏ thế giới đột ngột tăng cao Giá dầu mỏ trên thế giới đang có xu hướng giảm dần liên tục trong tuần qua, nhưng ngày 28-1 lại đột ngột tăng cao.Vào lúc đóng cửa phiên giao dịch ở Niu Oóc chiều 28-1, giá dầu ngọt nhẹ giao tháng 3-2011 là 89,09 USD/thùng, tăng thêm 3,70 USD so với hôm trước. Giá dầu mỏ thế giới có chiều hướng tăng Giá dầu mỏ thế giới đã bất ngờ tăng mạnh từ ngày 1-11. Tại Niu Oóc, giá dầu thô ngọt nhẹ giao tháng 12-2010 tăng 2 USD/thùng, lên 83,43 USD/thùng. Tại Luân Đôn, giá dầu thô Brent Biển Bắc giao cùng kỳ tăng lên 84,93 USD/thùng. Tại châu Á ngày 2-11, giá dầu thô ngọt nhẹ giao tháng 2-2010 ở mức 83,30 USD/thùng.Theo các chuyên gia, việc giá dầu mỏ tăng mạnh là do sự hồi phục hoạt động ngành chế tạo của Trung Quốc và Mỹ. Giá dầu mỏ thế giới tiếp tục giảm mạnh Theo AFP, giá dầu mỏ trên thị trường thế giới tiếp tục giảm mạnh. Trong phiên giao dịch ngày 1-6, tại Niu Oóc, giá dầu Tây Tếch-dớt (WTI) giao tháng 7 tới giảm 3,97 USD xuống 82,56 USD/thùng, ngang mức giá tháng 10-2011. Tại Luân Đôn, giá dầu thô ngọt nhẹ giao cùng kỳ giảm 4,14 USD, xuống còn 97,70 USD/thùng, mức thấp nhất trong vòng 16 tháng qua.Nguyên nhân khiến giá dầu mỏ thế giới giảm mạnh là do nhu cầu dầu mỏ của các nền kinh tế lớn như châu Âu, Mỹ và Trung Quốc đều yếu đi. Tại Mỹ, trong tháng 5 vừa qua nền kinh tế lớn nhất thế giới này chỉ tạo thêm được 69 nghìn việc làm, chưa bằng một nửa so dự báo, đẩy tỷ lệ thất nghiệp ở nước này lên 8,2%.
