Ðơn giản hóa thủ tục hành chính vẫn còn bất cập Ngày 7-10, tại Hà Nội, Văn phòng Chính phủ tổ chức Hội nghị giao ban về tình hình thực hiện công tác cải cách thủ tục hành chính (TTHC) tại các bộ, ngành.Từ đầu năm đến nay, các bộ, ngành đã ban hành theo thẩm quyền và trình Chính phủ, Thủ tướng Chính phủ ban hành văn bản pháp luật để đơn giản hóa 3.248 TTHC trên tổng số 4.751 TTHC phải đơn giản hóa, đạt tỷ lệ 68%. Trong đó, Bộ Giao thông vận tải, Bộ Nội vụ, Thanh tra Chính phủ đã hoàn thành việc đơn giản hóa TTHC. Tuy nhiên, một số bộ, ngành chưa hoàn thành tốt công tác này như: Bộ Công an, Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam, Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư, Bộ Lao động, Thương binh và Xã hội. Cục Kiểm soát TTHC yêu cầu các bộ, ngành khẩn trương thực hiện một số giải pháp nhằm đẩy nhanh công tác cải cách TTHC trong thời gian tới. (Nguồn: Internet)Ngày 25/7, Công ty Honda Việt Nam (HVN) đã chính thức công bố kế hoạch xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất xe máy thứ ba tại tỉnh Hà Nam.Nhà máy này có tổng vốn đầu tư khoảng 120 triệu USD (xấp xỉ 9,6 tỷ yen), sẽ giúp tăng năng lực sản xuất thêm 500.000 xe/năm, nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày một tăng của thị trường xe máy Việt Nam.Tổng giám đốc HVN Koji Onishi cho biết nhà máy thứ ba được xây dựng mới tại khu công nghiệp Đồng Văn 2, tỉnh Hà Nam, cách thành phố Hà Nội khoảng 40km về phía Nam. Dự kiến, nhà máy sẽ đi vào hoạt động từ nửa cuối năm 2012. HVN đã bắt đầu sản xuất xe máy từ năm 1997, đến năm 2011 đạt công suất 2 triệu xe/năm. Với việc xây dựng thêm nhà máy xe máy thứ ba, năng lực sản xuất của HVN sẽ lên đến 2,5 triệu xe/năm.
