SEA Games 22: A turning point for Vietnamese sport

The 22nd SEA Games was held in Vietnam on December 5-13, 2003. For the first time in history, Vietnam led the medal count, with a total of 346, including 158 golds, 97 silvers, and 91 bronzes.
