Lang Son achieves 34 prizes at the National Competition for High School Excellent Students 2024-2025
On the afternoon of January 18, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the National Competition for High School Excellent Students for the 2024-2025 academic year.
90 students of Lang Son province participated in the competition in nine subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, History, Geography, English, and Chinese.
By the end of the competition, as announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, Lang Son had 34 students winning prizes, an increase of one compared to the 2023-2024 academic year. Specifically, there are 2 prizes in Mathematics, 3 in Physics, 3 in Chemistry, 2 in Biology, 6 in Literature, 6 in History, 5 in Geography, 4 in English, and 3 in Chinese .
The National High School Excellence Contest for the 2024-2025 academic year took place on December 25 and 26, 2024. Across the country, 6,482 students competed, an increase of 663 students compared to the 2023-2024 academic year. Based on the exam results, 3,803 students won prizes, accounting for 58.68% of the total participants.
The National Competition for High School Excellent Students is held annually to encourage both teachers and students to excel in teaching and learning, fostering creativity and excellence. The competition also aims to identify and nurture talented students in specific subjects, contributing to the country's talent development goals.
