95 projects won prizes at the Provincial Science and Technology Competition for high school students in the 2024 - 2025 school year
On December 18, the Department of Education and Training organized an award ceremony for authors and groups of authors with winning projects at the Provincial Science and Technology Competition for high school students in the 2024-2025 school year.
The Provincial Science and Technology Competition for high school students for the 2024 - 2025 school year took place from December 16 to 18 with 127 participating projects.
According to the Organizing Committee, the projects participating in the contest have been invested in carefully and are diverse in fields. Some of the students' topics are creative, have reasonable thinking and research methods, and are highly appreciated by experts and scientists.
The Organizing Committee selected and awarded 95 projects, including 6 first prizes, 12 second prizes, 19 third prizes, 47 fourth prizes and 11 promising prizes for groups of authors.
Along with the welcome, the Organizing Committee also selected 3 excellent projects to participate in the National Science and Technology Competition for high school students in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
Selected projects include: research and manufacturing of nanocomposite materials with high application properties in the aviation industry; developing self-management capacity for high school students in the province; a system to support diagnosis and early detection of Parkinson's disease by groups of authors from Chu Van An High School for the Gifted.
In the program, the Department of Education and Training launched the Provincial Science and Technology Competition for high school students in the 2025-2026 school year.
The science and technology competition for high school students is an intellectual and useful playground, helping students love science more through applying and putting learned knowledge into practice, contributing to promoting the scientific research movement of teachers and students.
